Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 886x ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at https://886x.org. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside the 886x Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with the Platform. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and any promotional content, these Terms prevail.

1. Eligibility

To register and maintain a 886x account you must satisfy all eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter. 886x may verify eligibility at any point and suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Account Registration

When registering on 886x you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Registration requires your Bangladesh mobile number, a password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1. All information provided during and after registration must be truthful and not misleading.

1. Mobile Number: Your Bangladesh mobile number is your primary account identifier. It must be a number you own and actively use. 886x may send OTP codes and account notifications to this number.
2. Password: You are responsible for choosing and maintaining a strong, confidential password. Do not share your password with anyone. 886x staff will never ask for your password through any channel.
3. KYC Verification: 886x may require identity documents before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold. Accepted documents include a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals will not be processed until all requested documentation has been reviewed.
4. Account Updates: You must keep your account information current. If your mobile number changes, contact 886x support before the change takes effect so that account access and OTP delivery continue without interruption.
5. Account Security: You are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact 886x support. 886x is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

886x reserves the right to decline any registration or close any account where eligibility requirements have not been met or where information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

886x supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options. The platform does not accept foreign currency or cryptocurrency payments. All payment methods currently listed on the platform are the only accepted methods.

886x charges no platform fee on withdrawals. However your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges over which 886x has no control. Any currency conversion fees charged by third parties are your sole responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

886x may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as displayed on the platform, together with the general conditions in this section. Accepting a bonus means accepting the applicable bonus terms.

1. Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification. 886x may restrict bonuses to specific player segments or payment methods without prior notice.
3. Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using irregular betting patterns to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions is prohibited. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus and winnings voided and may be suspended or permanently closed.
4. Expiry: All bonuses and free spins carry an expiry date as stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonuses or free spins that expire without the wagering requirement being met will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.
5. Changes to Promotions: 886x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes take effect from the point of publication on the platform. Players who have already claimed a bonus remain subject to the terms in force at the time of claiming.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 886x are subject to the rules applicable to the specific sport, event, game, or market selected. Where game-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the specific rules take precedence. 886x reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed error has materially affected the outcome.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 886x. Engaging in prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and pending winnings, and referral to appropriate authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

1. Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose — including money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or funding an account with proceeds of criminal activity — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
2. Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market — including chip dumping in live casino games or coordinated betting on opposite outcomes of the same event — is prohibited.
3. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider for any deposit made to 886x without first contacting 886x support constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
4. Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, software, or other automated systems to interact with the platform, place bets, collect data, or gain any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
5. Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access your 886x account for any purpose is prohibited. Each account is personal to the registered holder.
6. Minor Access: Knowingly allowing a minor to use your account or registering an account to enable a minor to gamble is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

The above list is not exhaustive. 886x reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct not listed above violates the spirit of these Terms and to take appropriate action including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, or permanent closure.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

886x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete required verification; a player's self-exclusion request; or a court or regulatory order requiring closure. Where an account is closed following a player's own self-exclusion request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after identity verification.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 886x support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Players who close voluntarily and later wish to reopen their account may do so by contacting support, subject to re-verification of eligibility including age and identity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 886x platform — including the site design, graphics, logos, text, software, source code, and the 886x brand name — is the intellectual property of 886x or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without the express written consent of 886x. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 886x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if 886x has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total aggregate liability of 886x to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

886x makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. While 886x takes reasonable steps to maintain platform security and availability, temporary outages, scheduled maintenance, and unforeseen technical issues may occur. 886x will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance via the platform where practicable.

10. Privacy and Data

886x collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of your overall agreement with the platform. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 886x uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. 886x does not sell your personal data to third parties. 11. Responsible Gaming

886x is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control. Players aged 21 and above are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and to use the self-exclusion feature if their gaming becomes problematic. These tools are accessible from account settings at any time after login without needing to contact support first.

886x does not extend credit to players and does not encourage funding gaming through borrowing. 12. Amendments

886x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 886x will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the platform and updating the Last Updated date on this page. Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure per Section 7 above.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by general principles of international commercial law with particular regard to laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market. In the event of a dispute, the player should first contact 886x support to attempt informal resolution. 886x will endeavour to respond to all dispute notifications within five (5) business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). Where informal resolution is not achieved, the matter may be escalated through the process outlined in the Responsible Gaming policy. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh.
